As a part of the dedicated, cross-functional Agile team supporting this effort, you will serve as Product Owner, responsible for the following:

  • Engage business leaders and SMEs across Group Insurance
  • Define and iteratively refine user stories
  • Helping prioritize backlog/features for release
  • Act as business liaison with the CRM Agile team’s developers and auxiliary IT resources
  • Partner closely with the CRM Agile teams Scrum Master/ Project Manager
  • Interface with Product, Project Management, and IT partners from Customer Office
